Blend in some carrots, oranges, apples, beetroot and kale in equal proportions and prepare this wonderful red coloured and fruity flavoured juice. This one is supposed to be very good for your heart and you could easily skip a meal and have this juice instead as it provides the body with essential nutrients required. 

5. Green Lemonade Blitz”

Blend 2 lemons, peeled and halved,4 apples, quartered, 2 cucumbers, halved,1 cup water. Besides all the antioxidants in the apples and lemons, the cucumbers have many health benefits as well, including vitamin K.
